Shipping, Returns & Refunds

SHIPPING

- US Orders

We currently offer 3 shipping options for domestic shipping at a fixed price;

  • Standard - 3 to 10 day with tracking - $6
  • Expedited - 1 to 5 day with tracking - $12
  • Free standard 3 to 10 day shipping on orders over $100, before taxes & duties*
- International

We offer shipping to selected international countries outside the United States.

  • Fedex - 3 to 10 day with tracking
  • Customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. 
  • If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, shipping charges will not be refunded (but we are happy to work with you to get the goods back to your door).

 

RETURNS

Our returns policy is 30 days from the date you receive the order. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process to be completed within our returns department from the date of delivery, you will be emailed once refunded. We accept items which are returned within receipt of the 28 day time frame providing they are in original condition with tags intact. Once your items are returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund. For item(s) returned after this time, we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you.

We are not able to refund items that are not returned in their original condition and original packaging.

Domestic US  and International returns:

  • Exchanges are not available to international customers. If you need a different colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order. 
  • All shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. 
  • For international: Duties and taxes paid must be claimed back by the customer after they have been returned. 
  • International orders may experience delays in customs.

Please repack the item as securely as possible including the invoice/returns form inside, if you need a new one please contact our customer support.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving.
